If I choose to pick up the car at the airport, how do we meet?

When your flight arrives, we will be waiting for you at the airport arrivals, holding a piece of paper with your name on it. It helps us a lot when you fill in the "Flight Number" field on the booking form as we see exactly when you will arrive.

How can I make a reservation?

A reservation can be made using our online system found on our website, e-mail or telephone. You can also use Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Viber to contact us.

What is included in base price?

Delivery and collection for some locations, certain times of the day. Free 2nd driver. Unlimited mileage. Basic insurance and 24 hours road service. Map of the island.

Does the total price include all taxes, VAT and customs?

Yes, it does. All taxes, VAT and customs are included in the total price. The price you see on our reservation page is the total price you pay. You won't find any hidden fees or surprises on delivery.

How can I pay?

You can pay on arrival or while booking online. We accept cash on pick up and every major credit/debit card company - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay and Diners.

Do I need a credit card?

Although it is not necessary to have a credit card, it makes the process easier. In case you have one, it would be preferable to use it. In case you don't, we can use cash for the security deposit. In any case, you choose the solution you feel most comfortable with.

Can I have GPS - navigation system?

Yes, there is a choice in the reservation form. GPS is in several languages, including English. Our staff will help you to set it up. But we generally recommend, if possible, using your smartphones and Google Maps. They are generally more up-to-date and reliable.

How can l order baby/child or booster seats?

There is a choice in the reservation form. Just click what kind and how many seats you need, and we will manage to be in your car. You can also write down in the Notes field the age, height and weight of your kid.

If my flight gets delayed for a few hours, will there be any penalties?

If your flight gets delayed, our staff will wait for you at the airport, as long as it takes, at no extra cost. Please provide the number of your flight while booking, to help us track the time of your arrival.

Are smoking and animals allowed in the car?

Smoking and animals/pets are not allowed in the rental car, mainly for the safety of the passengers.

Can l have a car driver - chauffeur if l do not want to drive?

Yes, you can. Please let us know your request by e-mail or telephone and we will inform you of the cost and availability.

What shall l do in case of breakdown, accident, crash, damage or a hit?

You have to stop the car immediately and give us a call. Depending on the situation, we may have to call the police and/or roadside assistance.

Can l ferry the car out of Corfu?

Yes, there is a choice in the reservation form called "Mainland Ferrying Fee" and must have written authorization from our company. Taking a car out of the national borders of Greece is prohibited.

What is your fuel policy?

Our company’s policy is simple, the level of tank you get the car is the same level you have to bring it back. If the fuel is less, you have to pay the difference in approximation.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking through e-mail or telephone without any charge any time before your arrival.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, you can. You can contact us through e-mail or telephone anytime and we will manage your reservation change.

Is my country’s driving license accepted or do I need an international one?

If you come from a European Union country or the UK, we accept your national driving license. For all other countries, you'll need an international license.

If I email you, how long can I expect a reply?

We usually respond within a few hours. In peak periods with increased tourist traffic, we may take a little longer. But in any case, we will definitely respond within 24 hours.

What date format do you use on your website and your documents?

We serve customers from all over the planet, so we thought this question might interest some people. We use the format used in most countries, Greece included. The day is written first and the year last, (dd-mm-yyyy).
