You can pay on arrival or while booking online. We accept cash on pick up and every major credit/debit card company - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay and Diners.
Although it is not necessary to have a credit card, it makes the process easier. In case you have one, it would be preferable to use it. In case you don't, we can use cash for the security deposit. In any case, you choose the solution you feel most comfortable with.
Yes, there is a choice in the reservation form. GPS is in several languages, including English. Our staff will help you to set it up. But we generally recommend, if possible, using your smartphones and Google Maps. They are generally more up-to-date and reliable.

Our company’s policy is simple, the level of tank you get the car is the same level you have to bring it back. If the fuel is less, you have to pay the difference in approximation.
